Our Team Photography program is the most popular in South East QLD, with the widest range of product options for parents and players. No other Company in Australia has the range of product we offer including Framed photos, Acrylic Display options, books and more, all customised with your Club colours and logo.

Step 1 - Choose your program

Option 1 - Direct to Club
The Club provides every player with a Laminated 8" by 11" Team Photo (approx. A4) and we invoice the Club direct at a pre agreed price. Parents / players have the option to upgrade Team Photo to Framed or Acrylic version, as well as numerous Individual Portrait photo product options.

Option 2 - Direct to Parents/Players
Parents place orders directly with Medal Shots via our online ordering system.

Step 2 - Book your date

Let us know what date(s) suit your schedule and one of our Photography teams will attend on those dates. It is advised to book as soon as you are able as we are fully booked every year.

We will prompt you before your selected dates for Player Names to ensure an easy and fluent photo process on the night. There is nothing required by us from your committee - we can manage everything. We suggest an indoor location for the photos and only require access to power.

Step 3 - Background Selection and Photo Proofing

Medal Shots Graphics Department will submit 3-5 customised background options for your appraisal and can adjust anything to meet your requirements.

Photo proofs of all Teams will be submitted prior to production for your approval. This is where you can check names, advise missing players (we are happy to add player photos sent to us if they were unable to attend on the photo night), sponsor logos etc. 

Step 4 - Production, Packaging & Delivery

Medal Shots produces and prints all photos in-house using specialty photo printers and inks. All our printers are driven by a specialty print program ensuring we produce and deliver exactly what is ordered.

Laminating is done out of house, allowing us to tap into 50 years of expertise. All Framing and Acrylic photo orders are produced in-house.

All photo orders are checked and packed by our production crew. Everything ordered by each team is packaged together and labelled by team with a copy of the order list so all your managers have to do is collect their team pack and award according to the order list.

We schedule delivery to you to occur 1 week prior to your Presentation day, or on any date you require.
